Colleary Construction is managed and operated by Dara Colleary who has worked extensively in the construction industry for more than 25 years and is a recognized and respected member of the construction community in the greater Boston area.
Before launching Colleary Construction, Dara had twenty five years of experience in the building and general construction industry. Dara Colleary retains a Construction Supervisor’s license in the State of Massachusetts and is registered as a Home Improvement Contracting Company (HIC) with the State of Massachusetts. Dara holds a degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and is registered as a Civil Engineer EIT in Massachusetts, is LEED AP and OSHA 30 certified.
In addition, he has extensive experience in all phases of development, from site selection to design, working through the permitting process, working hand-in-hand with architects, sub-contractors and homeowners, implementing construction plans, seeing projects to completion. He is particularly committed to building highly durable, quality-built homes that utilize high-efficiency systems.
